Main Conference Registration Includes:

• 3 full days of Programming (Wednesday, October 14 - Friday, October 16)

• Estimated 17+ educational contact hours (CECs/CEUs)

• Welcome Reception (Wednesday, October 14)

• Poster Presentations 

• Morning Coffee & Tea and Refreshment Breaks each day

• Access to Exhibit Hall

• Access to Sponsored Breakfast / Lunch Symposia (not guaranteed)
   

Thursday Social Soirée Ticket Includes:

• A fun social evening out (location TBD)

• Delicious assortment of hot and cold appetizers 

• One drink ticket per attendee and cash bar on site

Cancellation Policy:

• If you would like to cancel your registration, an email to rabab@gemstone-events.com requesting a refund of the registration fee must be received by August 31, 2026. A $60 non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the refund. After August 31, 2026 no refunds can be issued.
